🌐 The new website of the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is live.

We had the opportunity to design and develop a modern digital platform for the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, aimed at improving transparency and simplifying access to information for taxpayers, businesses, and citizens across the Federation. 🇧🇦

A key challenge during development was structuring and adapting a large volume of information for different target groups using the website, while at the same time simplifying content and creating a clear and representative digital presentation of the Tax Administration’s work. 💡

Over the past months, our team worked closely with the institution to build a stable and scalable system that supports more efficient communication with the public and contributes to the continued digitalization of public services. 🤝

♻️ How do you tackle illegal waste without data, systems, and real visibility?

In the Municipality of Banovići, we’ve started building a digital monitoring and software system designed to track, document, and address illegal waste disposal and environmental pollution. 🚀

The project combines field work, mapping, and custom digital tools to help local services move from reactive actions to structured, data-driven environmental management.

This initiative is supported by the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) through the BH Sutra programme, focused on strengthening environmental governance across Bosnia and Herzegovina. 🤝

🌱 Drone-Assisted Afforestation in Konjic, BiH

The final experimental phase of the “Afforestation of the burned area in the Homolje locality” project is underway. 🚁

Seed bombs deployed by drone are bringing a new approach to reforestation, tackling steep and hard-to-access terrain – a first in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. 🌳
