Over the past eight years, Ena Smajić has built a distinctive sound and style, blending hypnotic rhythms with dynamic energy. Born in Sarajevo, she began her musical journey with the piano before finding her place in the world of electronic music.
At the heart of this new phase is Ena’s organization Eclipse, a driving force behind the resurgence of techno in Sarajevo since its founding in 2023. Her style is rooted in tribal techno, fusing deep rhythms with an energy that completely fills the space. It unites house, vocal elements, and intense, dark techno, creating a fantastic atmosphere driven by rhythm and a deep connection with the audience.
She has performed at major festivals such as Exit, Life Festival in Ireland, Fresh Wave, Garden of Dreams, and Imperium Festival, earning a reputation as a crowd favorite. As the founder of Decode, Ena brings together regional artists for performances at club nights in Sarajevo, where she was also a resident DJ at the city’s underground hub, Silver & Smoke. Her mission goes beyond DJing, as she creates spaces where music becomes a driving force for the community. Eclipse is not just an event; it is a platform for innovation and creativity, with Ena announcing exciting projects that will bring diverse musical adventures to the scene.
With her powerful sets, Ena Smajić has conquered iconic clubs and festivals, performing alongside Umek, SHDW, Marco Faraone, &ME, Patrice Bäumel, Insolate, and DJ Ogi at legendary venues such as Barutana, Nomad, Ben Akiba, Dom Mladih, RTV Dom, Klub Frka, Silver & Smoke, and Trezor. Her unmatched energy and passion behind the decks make her a favorite in any setting, delivering an fantastic experience for the audience.
