A Voice of Hope
Our mission is to sensitize mainly the younger generation about the different forms of abuse by organising workshops and seminars to be held within the schools, community centres and any other institution that will grant us the opportunity. The workshops will consist of depicting awareness through various mechanisms such as theatre, games and interactive monologue. The programme is also intended to provide a helping hand for persons that may want to assist a family member or friend in an abusive relationship by establishing a relationship with the individual and training them on how to identify the signs of abuse and how to conduct themselves when faced with the signs until we can get that person out of the situation. This page was created to encourage persons to Speak Out! Through social media we will start a forum where we urge pass victims, family members and anyone within in our community to share their experiences; words of encouragement for victims; and words directed to restrain abusers from conducting the act. WE are here to let you know that you’re not alone and to provide hope for any person that may be in or exposed to domestic violence.
