Salt Social has been quietly growing behind the scenes—through seasons of change, creativity, and deep alignment.

This new branding feels like home. A gentle blend of what I love most: thoughtful strategy, intentional storytelling, and a coastal calm that keeps it all grounded.

Feeling totally burnt out? You’re not alone. Here are a few things you can do to protect your mental health, promote wellness and prevent burnout when it comes to work 💌

When you function from a state of balance and wellness, you feel fulfilled because you’ve made space for clarity. When you function from a state of burnout, you have limited capacity for clarity and gratitude.

Our goal for the rest of this year is to show up as the best versions of ourselves in all areas, including our work life by prioritzing mental clarity, gratitude, peace & wellness.

But we all have busy & slow periods of our businesses; many ebbs and flows - sometimes you're incredibly busy and hustling, full speed ahead. Other times, you’re able to slow down, breathe a little, reevaluate your business and make space for improvements and new things.

In a slow season, it’s easy to feel like you should be doing more (or quite frankly, freaking out that you don’t have more sales or new clients coming in). Here are 3 things you can do during a slow season to keep your business growing and moving forward intentionally.
