The Diamonds International x Rotary Club of Barbados West Charity Golf Classic is back for 2025! Now in its 23rd year, this year's tournament will be held at Royal Westmoreland on 19th October 2025.

KPMG in Caricom is pleased to announce a significant leadership transition in its Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean (BEC) office. Effective October 1, 2025, Christopher Brome will assume the role of Office Managing Partner, succeeding Grant J McDonald, FCPA, FCA, who will retire on September 30, 2025, after a 43-year career with the firm.

Offering our congratulations to Chris on his new role, and best wishes to Grant in his retirement - thank you for your service to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.

At The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus scientists in the Centre for Biosecurity Studies are developing new technology to tackle mosquito-borne diseases.

And we introduce two international doctors bringing their expertise and services to Barbados – Dr Nadia Manna, Aesthetic Medicine Doctor and Medical Director at Manna Advanced Aesthetics who shares her thoughts on Barbados as a health tourism destination, and Dr Giovanni Ferrando, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, who talks about falling in love with Barbados, and the services he offers to Barbadian and international patients.
