We’re Hiring: Google Ads & Web Analytics Expert
We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads & Web Analytics Expert to scale our campaigns and turn data into growth. If you live in GA4, GTM, and Google Ads—and love optimizing for ROAS—you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Build account structures, keyword and audience strategies, and bid strategies
Set up and QA conversion tracking (GA4 events, GTM, enhanced conversions)
Create Looker Studio dashboards; report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages; improve CTR, CVR, and Quality Score
Implement UTM standards and ensure clean, privacy-compliant data (Consent Mode v2)
Analyze funnel performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Requirements
1+ years managing Google Ads with measurable ROI
Strong GA4 + GTM skills (events, tags, triggers, data layers)
Proven track record hitting CPA/ROAS targets
Solid grasp of attribution, audience segmentation, and keyword match types
Clear communicator with concise reporting
Nice to Have
Google Ads Certifications
Experience with Shopping feeds, Scripts/Rules, SA360, or server-side tagging
CRO mindset and landing page testing tools
