Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Core Compliance Executive to join our Compliance Department. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and must be well-versed in all types of social audits and buyer Codes of Conduct (COC).
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with all buyer COCs including but not limited to BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/Alliance, etc.
Prepare documentation, coordinate, and face all types of social, technical, and environmental audits.
Maintain and monitor CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and Close CAP follow-up and documentation.
Ensure factory compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ECR, fire safety, and workplace safety standards.
Prepare compliance-related reports, trackers, and audit file updates.
Support management in conducting internal compliance checks and implementing necessary improvements.
Communicate with audit teams, buying houses, and clients for audit scheduling and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably in a garments or textile industry.
Strong understanding of ECR (Employment Compliance Record), COC requirements, and all types of social audits.
Hands-on experience with audit facing, follow-ups, and CAP closure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, or a relevant discipline.
Post-graduate diploma or training in compliance or social auditing will be an added advantage.
