Howdy 👊 We’re looking for a UX/UI designer to work on our marketplace and SaaS projects.
We constantly change and experiment with our design, so we need someone who can help us with that. We work on small SaaS projects, launch them, and build them in public—which is a lot of fun. If you want to join the ride, we’d love to have you!

Monster Studio is a Digital Content Production Studio that produces high-quality and original content for local and global audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES YOU'LL TAKE
• Work closely with our product managers and COO.
• Use Figma to design, manage, organize, wireframe, and create designs—Figma expertise is a must.
• We like to move fast and break things quickly. So, if you're ready for the ride, you're always welcome!
• A strong understanding of Figma plugins, Auto-layouts, styles, design direction, and consistent layouts is required.
• Knowledge of Brand Guidelines and how to use them is essential.
• Collaborate closely with the team to understand project needs, create user stories, and define specifications.
• Create engaging web elements like landing pages, turning concepts or ideas into interactive designs and prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Use a range of prototyping tools and techniques to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and refine UI states and prototypes, showcasing the functionality and appearance of websites and applications.
• Ensure seamless, consistent user experiences by following a creative approach and testing/validating the end results with the project manager.
• Deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Create original graphic designs, including images and icons.
• Adhere to style standards, including fonts, colors, and images.
WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FIT
• Strong time-management and communication skills. Most important!
• 2+ years of experience is preferred, but what's more important is your ability to meet responsibilities. If you can get the job done, you're welcome onboard!
• Proficiency in all things Figma—prototyping, styling, layouts, and up-to-date knowledge of Figma tools.
• Experience with desktop and native UI/UX is a plus.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, and the ability to define and implement design systems independently.
• Familiarity with wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe, InVision).
• Strong understanding of color theory, modern UI trends, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to create original design concepts, including storyboards, wireframes, icons, illustrations, and graphical assets.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Understanding of e-commerce trends, digital asset-based websites, and user experience design principles.
