So apparently this is what our house outlets look like. We were told this was to “trick,” the house inspection to make them think the house electricity was grounded (they did a quick house remodel). Since we’ve moved in we’ve had two major appliances (dishwasher, washer) die. I also know this is a safety issue, any insight would be greatly appreciated.
