We are now expanding and looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our team in Chattogram.

Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, local networking, etc.

Build relationships with potential clients (local & international).

Pitch Creativaimโs services to prospects and close deals.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
โ
Achieve monthly sales targets.

โผ๏ธ Proven experience in sales or lead generation (preferably in digital marketing/IT sector).
โผ๏ธ Strong communication & negotiation skills (English & Bangla).
โผ๏ธ Knowledge of LinkedIn, cold emailing, and social media prospecting.
โผ๏ธ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
โผ๏ธ Team player with a proactive mindset.
