My journey with ASCII completely rewired my brain. When I first walked through those doors, I was thrown straight into the deep end, wondering how I’d survive the flood. Looking back? That challenge was a hidden blessing. Before ASCII, my motto was “I want to learn.” The second I got thrown into the fire, it became “I have to learn.” There was no backup plan. I watched projects crash and burn, and while it felt like a gut punch, it forced me to stop overthinking and violently upgrade my skill set.

But life sends the right people when you need them. I got a mentor who gave me a rule I still live by: “The clock is always ticking, but never let speed ruin your standards. We might have to move fast to hit the deadline, but we must ensure we are giving our absolute best to the work.’ Quality isn't an excuse to be slow; it's the commitment to excel even when you're in a hurry."

I had to figure out every microscopic detail by myself—paving the entire road while learning how to drive at the same time. By the time the newbies rolled in, I had survived the trenches. That naturally shoved me into leadership, where I learned the ultimate skill ASCII gifted me: anyone can carry the title of a "team leader," but a true leader runs a team by deeply understanding every teammate's unique strengths and flaws.

For the generations coming up next: your biggest enemy is your comfort zone. The grind only feels impossible because you're comfortable where you are. Quit hiding. হাটে গরু কিনতে যাওয়া আমাদের জীবনের অনেক আনন্দের মুহূর্ত, অনেক স্মৃতি জড়িয়ে থাকে। গরু-ছাগলের মজার মারামারি নিয়েই আমাদের ঈদ কেটে যায়। কার গরু কত বড়, কার গরু কত চালাক — এই নিয়েই তৈরি হয় অনেক মুহূর্ত। কিন্তু ঈদের দিন শেষে সব ভুলে একই হাঁড়িতে রান্না । কিন্তু দিনশেষে পশুর সাথে সেই মায়া আমাদের মনকে কাঁদিয়ে যায়।
কুরবানির পশুর সাথে গড়ে ওঠা সেই মায়া, আর ত্যাগের মহিমা আমাদের জীবনকে সঠিক পথে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাক।

প্রতিটি ছবির পেছনেই ছিল এক একটা গল্প, এক একটা অনুভূতি।
কেউ বললেন, এখন তিনি নিজেই একজন মা, কিন্তু নিজের মায়ের সাথে তেমন ছবি নেই।
কেউ স্মরণ করলেন ভ্রমণের মুহূর্ত, কেউ অর্জনের দিনের কথা।
আবার কারও ছবির সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে ছিল সেই সময়, যখন কষ্টের মুহূর্তে মা তাকে আগলে রেখেছিলেন।
কারও কাছে সেটা ছিল জন্মদিনের একটি সাধারণ ছবি, কিন্তু স্মৃতিটা ছিল অসাধারণ।
হয়তো আমাদের ফোনে মায়ের সাথে অনেক ছবি নেই,
কিন্তু মায়ের জন্য আমাদের ভালোবাসা অসীম।
হয়তো মাত্র একটি ছবিই আছে,
তবুও সেই এক ছবির মাঝেই লুকিয়ে থাকে হাজার অনুভূতি।
পৃথিবীর সব মায়েদের জানাই ভালোবাসা ও শ্রদ্ধা।

Did we make sure everyone felt like a VIP family member? Absolutely.
We didn’t just cut cakes… we launched them straight onto faces.
Because nothing says “you’re special” like a surprise frosting attack 😄
Somewhere between the chaos, laughter, and sugar overload, we realised—
These are the moments that actually stick.

We cherish every bit of it,
and we genuinely pray everyone celebrating keeps winning in life—
with good health, big smiles, and fewer cake ambushes (no promises, though).

Today, we honor the heartbeats that keep the world moving. We see the man on the 6:00 AM bus, the mother balancing a child while she types, and the night owl still working at a laptop past midnight. We respect the driver navigating the city, the delivery man racing against the clock, the cleaner preparing the world in silence, and the online salesperson building a dream from a screen. None is above the other; every role carries its own weight and every grind deserves equal dignity. Today is a reminder that the world runs on every kind of effort, visible or unseen. This International Workers' Day, we don't just celebrate the "worker"—we celebrate the human heart that refuses to quit.

সকালটা শুরু হয় রঙিন পাঞ্জাবি আর শাড়ির সাজে—কে কী পরবে, সেই ছোট ছোট আনন্দের পরিকল্পনায়। দিন গড়াতে গড়াতে দুপুরটা কাটে পান্তা-ইলিশের স্বাদ আর আড্ডার উষ্ণতায়। বিকেল হতে হতেই সবাই ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়ে নিজের নিজের মুহূর্তগুলো ফ্রেমে বন্দি করতে।

তারপর?
আবার নতুন এক বছরকে বুকে নিয়ে, একসাথে পথ চলার নতুন স্বপ্ন আর প্রতিশ্রুতি জেগে ওঠে।
শিশুর হাসির মতো নির্মল আনন্দে সব ক্লান্তি ভুলে আমরা নতুন বছরকে স্বাগত জানাই—নতুন আশা, নতুন শুরু নিয়ে।

On 31 March, we celebrated the birthday of our new admin, a working mother who, managing long office hours, never really expected to have a celebration of her own. It was surprising to learn that this is her first birthday celebration in nine years.

She is more than just a colleague; she manages the office with the same care and dedication as she does her family. We deeply respect her ability to balance motherhood and a full-time career with such consistency.

We wish her continued good health, happiness, and every success she deserves.

অটিজম শিশুদের আপনি কীভাবে দেখেন? একটি সাধারণ শিশুকে যেভাবে দেখেন, ঠিক সেভাবেই? নাকি ভিন্নভাবে? সে অটিজম বলে কি সে অন্য শিশুদের সাথে খেলতে পারবে না? কথা বলতে পারবে না? যখন এমন কোনো শিশুকে দেখেন, তখন কি আপনি এড়িয়ে যান? নাকি বুঝে উঠতে পারেন না—কীভাবে কথা বলবেন?

তারা তো আমাদের মতোই মানুষ। শুধু কিছুটা ভিন্ন।

আপনি কি কখনো অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক শিক্ষা (Inclusive Education) সম্পর্কে শুনেছেন? আপনি দেখবেন, কিছু শিশু ঠিকমতো লিখতে পারে না। এটিকে বলা হয় ডিসগ্রাফিয়া (Dysgraphia)। আবার কিছু শিশু পড়া বুঝতে বা সাবলীলভাবে পড়তে কষ্ট হয়—এটি ডিসলেক্সিয়া (Dyslexia)। আমাদের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার কারণে এসব শিশুরা উপেক্ষিত হয়। অথচ এগুলো আসলে শেখার একটি ভিন্নতা বা প্রতিবন্ধকতা—যার জন্য প্রয়োজন (Inclusive education.)

এটি এমন একটি শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা, যেখানে সব ধরনের সক্ষমতার শিশুদের জন্য সমান সুযোগ নিশ্চিত করা হয়। আলাদা বা বিচ্ছিন্নভাবে শিক্ষা দেওয়ার পরিবর্তে, এটি একটি একীভূত ব্যবস্থা গড়ে তোলে।

বাংলাদেশে দুর্ভাগ্যজনকভাবে এই অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক শিক্ষার চর্চা এখনো খুব সীমিত। পর্যাপ্ত প্রশিক্ষণের অভাবে অনেক শিক্ষকই এ বিষয়ে সচেতন নন।

প্রত্যেক মা-বাবার কাছে তার সন্তান অনেক মূল্যবান, অনেক আদরের। আজ যারা অটিজম আছে বলে সমাজে অবহেলিত হয়, ভাবুন তো—যদি আমাদের এমন পরিস্থিতিতে রাখা হতো? আপনি কি চাইতেন, আপনার সাথে এমন আচরণ করা হোক, যেমনটা আমরা অনেক সময় তাদের সাথে করি?

চলুন, আমরা শুধু বইয়ের পড়া নয়, বাস্তব জীবনের মানবিক শিক্ষায়ও শিক্ষিত হই। তবেই আমরা সকলের জন্য একটি সুন্দর, সমান ও মানবিক সমাজ গড়ে তুলতে পারবো।
কারণ, কোনো শিশুর প্রতিবন্ধকতা থাকা মানেই কোনো অক্ষমতা নয়; তারাও নিজেদের প্রতিষ্ঠিত করে গড়ে তুলতে পারে।

বিশ্ব অটিজম সচেতনতা দিবসে সকল অটিজম শিশুদের প্রতি অনেক স্নেহশীল ও শ্রদ্ধাশীল হই।

স্বাধীনতা কথাটা কি আপেক্ষিক নাকি এর বাস্তবেও কোনো রূপ আছে?

স্বাধীনতা মানেই তো মুক্তি। কিন্তু আমরা কি সত্যিই স্বাধীন? আজ স্বাধীনতার ৫৫ বছর পূর্তি হয়েছে, তবুও…

৩৬ এ জুলাই “স্বাধীন” লিখে দেশের লক্ষ লক্ষ মানুষ, শ্রেণি, পেশা, ধর্ম নির্বিশেষে ফেসবুকে পোস্ট করেছে, সেটি থেকে তারা উপলব্ধি করতে পেরেছে, তারা আসলে পুরোপুরি স্বাধীন ছিলো না।

১৯৭১ এর ২৫শে মার্চের কালো রাতের পরে, ২৬শে মার্চ স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণার মাধ্যমে আমরা একটি দেশ পেয়েছি, যাকে নিজের দেশ বলা যায়, আপন দেশ, নিজের মাতৃভূমি, সর্বোপরি একটি স্বাধীন দেশ।

কিন্তু তাদের এই ত্যাগের মূল্য আমরা কতটুকু রাখতে পেরেছি?

আজও কিন্তু আমরা স্বাধীন নই।

স্বাধীনতার অনেক রূপ আছে যেমন: বাকস্বাধীনতা, পোশাকের স্বাধীনতা, ভালোভাবে বাঁচার স্বাধীনতা, ধর্ম পালনের স্বাধীনতা।

দুর্ভাগ্যজনকভাবে, এসব ক্ষেত্রের কোনোটিতেই আমরা পুরোপুরি স্বাধীন নই। যেই দিন আমাদের দেশকে আমরা অরাজকতা থেকে মুক্ত করতে পারবো, ধর্ম নিয়ে বিভাজন বন্ধ হবে, ন্যায়বিচার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে,শুধু বইয়ের শিক্ষাই নয়, নৈতিক শিক্ষারও বাস্তব প্রতিফলন হবে এবং একটি পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন, সুশৃঙ্খল দেশ গড়ে তুলতে পারবো সে দিনই আমরা সত্যিকার অর্থে বলতে পারবো আমরা স্বাধীন, আমাদের দেশ স্বাধীন সকল প্রকার অন্যায়, অত্যাচার, অপরাধ থেকে।

একদিনে পুরো দেশ বদলানো সম্ভব না, সময় লাগবে। কিন্তু, তার পূর্বে আমরা নিজেরা সচেতন হতে পারি।

🔷একে অপরের ধর্মকে সম্মান করি
🔷অন্যের স্বাধীনতা রক্ষা করি
🔷কারো ভালো থাকার কারণ না হলেও, যেন খারাপ থাকার কারণ না হই
🔷পোশাক দেখে মানুষকে বিচার করা বন্ধ করি

শুধু শুভেচ্ছাবাণী নয়, চলুন একসাথে অঙ্গীকার করি আমরা যে যার অবস্থান থেকে অন্যের স্বাধীনতা হরণের চেষ্টা করবো না।

কারণ দেশ আমাদের, স্বাধীনতা রক্ষা করার দায়িত্বও আমাদের।
