Spouses of E-7-4 visa (F-3-17 visa), including E-1 visa~E-7-1, E-7-2, E-7-3 visa can also work in simple labor fields through an extracurricular activity permit. Spouses of E-1~ E-7-1, E-7-2, and E-7-3 visa holders, including spouses of E-7-4 visa holders (F-3-17 visa holders), are now eligible to work in unskilled labor fields through a permit for activities outside their status of stay(*extra-working permit).
Of course, the spouse of the F-2 visa, who has an F-3-18 visa, can also work in the field of simple labor. Of course, spouses of F-2 visa holders holding F-3-18 visas are also eligible to work in unskilled labor fields.
A spouse with an F-3 visa must complete at least 2 steps of KIIP in order to work. Spouses holding an F-3 visa must complete KIIP Level 2 or higher to work.
However, the fields of simple labor where spouses with F-3-17 visa and F-3-18 visa can work are limited to agriculture, fishing, and fishing industry. However, the fields of unskilled labor that spouses of F-3-17 and F-3-18 visa holders can work in are limited to agriculture, forestry, and livestock farming etc.
Spouses of F-2-R visa (F-3-1R) and spouses of E-7-4R visa (F3-3R) live in a reduced population area, so they can work in simple labor sectors such as manufacturing, service industry, etc. Spouses of F-2-R visa holder (F-3-1R) and E-7-4R visa holders (F-3-3R) can also work in unskilled labor fields such as manufacturing and service industries, as they reside in declining population areas.
(* It's not necessary for a spouse to have completed 2 levels of KIIP or more, but if they don't complete it within 2 years, they will be extended to 6 months later. ) (* While spouses are not required to complete KIIP Level 2 or higher, they can receive a short extension of six months if they fail to complete it within two years. )
