H.E. Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, visited the Rohingya refugee camps today to observe ongoing humanitarian and development initiatives supporting the Rohingya community.

During the visit, he toured Camp 9, the Türkiye Hospital, and the TİKA Multipurpose Center in Camp 16, where he reviewed projects focused on healthcare, education, and community development.

The visit was attended by Mr. Humayun Kabir, Adviser to Prime Minister Mr. Tarique Rahman, Ambassador of Türkiye to Bangladesh, RRRC Commissioner Mizanur Rahman, and the TİKA Country Representative in Bangladesh, reflecting Türkiye’s continued commitment to supporting Rohingya refugees.

The delegation interacted with community members and witnessed firsthand the positive impact of Türkiye’s humanitarian assistance and development efforts in the camps.

The Rohingya community sincerely appreciates the Government and people of Türkiye for their longstanding support, generosity, and solidarity. Türkiye’s continued humanitarian assistance has brought hope and relief to thousands of Rohingya refugees, and this support is deeply valued and remembered. 🇹🇷🤝

the Arakan Rohingya Football Federation -ARFF , are deeply grateful for the kind visit of H.E. Khalilur Rahman, National Security Advisor and High Representative to the Honorable Chief Adviser on the Rohingya Issues and priority Affairs, along with his respected team, and Mr. Mizanur Rahman, who graciously visited Camp 4 Football Field today to watch the Arakan Rohingya Football League 2026.

Their presence and encouragement were a great source of inspiration for Rohingya youth and clearly reflected strong support for community initiatives, sportsmanship, and positive youth engagement through football.
Such honorable visits motivate our young players to move forward with discipline, unity, and hope for a better future.

It has been reported that the AA (Arakan Army) commander completely rejected a request to make exceptions for children, the sick, and the elderly who were sheltering in farmlands during a renewed blockade and inspection of Bora Shiddar Para village in Maungdaw by the AA.

At least 13 Rohingya civilians were reportedly detained and taken away by AA troops, although detailed information about the detainees is not yet known.

Due to the AA's aggressive raids, verbal abuse, physical assaults, and threats, Rohingya residents in northern Maungdaw Township are said to be living in fear.

Before, there were three of us, but now it's just my daughter and me. When our village, Naid Dail, was attacked by the Arakan Army, my husband was killed in a drone strike. He is gone forever, and I have been burning inside since that day. My daughter and I fled to Haire Fara, but a few days later, it was attacked as well. We barely escaped with our lives.
