၈ နှစ်မြောက် လူမျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှု ဂါရဝညှာန့်နေ့

လေဝါးပေါ်တိုင် တိတ်တိုင်ညံ့၊
မီးမုန်တိုင်းခေါ် အိမ်မဏ့်။
ကလေးမျက်ကြည့် ကြောက်ရွံ့မိုး၊
အသက်အိပ်မက် တဆိုးဆိုး။

ရှစ်နှစ်ကြာလည်း နာကျင်ခဲ၊
အိပ်မက်ပျက်ကြွေ မိုးခါးယခေ।
ရွာတစ်ရွာချင်း ဗလာလေ၊
နှလုံးတွေကြဲ သွားလေ့လာလေ။

မိခင်များ ငို တစ်သံထပ်၊
သားတော်ပျက်ဆုံး ငိုသံထပ်။
အဖေများ သက် အလေးခံ၊
လွတ်လပ်မိုးသစ် လိုက်ရှာလမ်း။

ကမ္ဘာကြီးကြည့် ပြန်လှည့်ဖယ်၊
ညမီးသတ်ခိုး နေ့မေ့သွယ်။
သွေးလေယို မြေ၊ မိုးနဲ့စပ်၊
ဝိညာဉ်ငိုသံ အဆုံးမပ်။

သို့ရာတွင်လည်း မပြိုမပျက်၊
ဝိညာဉ်မခွက် မီးသေးထက်။
မေတ္တာမီးခွက် မခဲမကျ၊
နှလုံးထဲက သက်တောင့်တက်။

ယနေ့ ငြိမ်းဂါရဝကျ၊
ကျဆုံးသူများ အမိန့်မက်။
ရှစ်နှစ်ပြည့်သော် နာမည်ခေါ်၊
မီးမကျစေ တစ်မျိုးသား။

ဇာတိသမိုင်း မမေ့လို၊
ကမ္ဘာချစ်ခြင်း အရိုးရိုး။
နယ်လွတ်စွာ တိုင်း သွားပေမယ့်,
တစ်နေ့အိမ်ပြန် တွေ့နိုင်စေ။
