We, as women, often carry the weight of heartbreak in silence. When the man we love walks away, the first person we blame is ourselves. We look in the mirror and start picking ourselves apart—“Maybe I wasn’t pretty enough… maybe I wasn’t enough at all.” We convince ourselves that if we had just been a little more perfect, a little less emotional, a little more like what he wanted—we could’ve made him stay.

And so begins the spiral. A mental loophole we can’t seem to escape. We replay every conversation, every moment, searching for the exact second things began to fall apart. We torture ourselves with ‘what ifs’ and ‘if onlys.’ It’s like living in a time loop where the ending is always the same—but the pain feels new each time.

The dreams we once had—the ones filled with love, laughter, and a future together—start to decay. They rot slowly, turning into nightmares that wake us up in the middle of the night with tears we can’t explain. The days blur into each other, and the world keeps moving forward while we feel stuck in the past, unable to breathe freely.

It's not just heartbreak—it’s a quiet war within ourselves. And even though we didn't cause the damage alone, we carry the burden like we did.

প্রত্যেক মেয়ের মনেই লুকিয়ে থাকে একটুকরো স্বপ্ন
যেমনটা সে পেয়েছে বাবার বাড়িতে,
ভালোবাসা, যত্ন, নিরাপত্তা, নিঃশর্ত স্নেহ…
সেই চেনা গন্ধ, সেই নির্ভরতার ছায়া।

কিন্তু যখন বিয়ে হয়ে যায়,
তবে সে চায় না প্রিন্সেস ট্রিটমেন্ট
না চায় রাজকুমার, না চায় প্রাসাদ।
সে শুধু চায়
একটু বোঝাপড়া, একটুখানি সম্মান,
আর একটু বেশি যত্ন
যেটা বাবার ঘর থেকেও একটু বেশি।
