COCONUT CURRY SHRIMP 🍀πŸ₯₯

500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp ground cumin
Cooked rice or naan bread, for serving

1️⃣ Heat coconut oil and olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ SautΓ© the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add curry powder, turmeric, and cumin, stirring for a minute.
4️⃣ Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and lime juice, then bring to a simmer.
5️⃣ Add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked.
6️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
8 ounces egg noodles
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1 (4-ounce) package baby shrimp, chopped (precooked)
1 (16-ounce) package imitation crabmeat, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup creamy French dressing
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Cook the Egg Noodles:
Prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and allow them to cool completely.
Mix the Salad Base:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, chopped green onions, celery, green pepper, baby shrimp, and imitation crabmeat. Mix until evenly distributed.
Prepare the Dressing:

Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients:
1 (1 pound) sweet potato
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions:
-Boil sweet potato whole in skin for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done. Run cold water over the sweet potato, and remove the skin.
-Break apart sweet potato in a bowl. Add butter, and mix well with mixer. Stir in sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth. Pour filling into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake the Pie:
Bake the sweet potato pie in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
The pie will puff up like a souffle during baking and will sink down as it cools.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the sweet potato pie to cool before serving.
Once cooled, you can slice and serve the delicious sweet potato pie.

_1 pound smoked brisket, shredded
_1 cup beer cheese dip
_1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
_1/4 cup baking soda
_2 cups warm water
_Coarse salt
_Melted butter
Instructions
_Preheat your oven to 375Β°F.
_In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked brisket and beer cheese dip.
_Roll out each biscuit dough on a floured surface and place a spoonful of the brisket and cheese mixture in the center.
_Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal and forming into a ball.
_In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda with warm water until dissolved.
_Dip each filled dough ball into the baking soda mixture, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
_Sprinkle the tops with coarse salt.
_Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
_Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter before serving.
