যারা পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে, এমনকি বাংলাদেশেও সমসাময়িক রাজনীতির সাথে জড়িত আছেন তারা আধুনিক রাজনীতির 4P সম্পর্কে জানেন কি? অবশ্য রাজনীতির আধুনিকায়নের এই 4P থিওরি আমি কোন জায়গা থেকে ধার করে আনি নি।
বরং সমসাময়িক রাজনীতির একজন সচেতন পর্যবেক্ষক হিসেবে 4P থিওরি আমার এক্সপেরিয়েনশিয়াল নলেজ হিসেবে আপনাদের সামনে তুলে ধরছি।
আধুনিক রাজনীতির 4P হলো-
- Positive Politics
- Purposeful Politics
- Proactive Politics
- Productive Politics
এই চারটা ডায়মেনশনকে একটা ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ জায়গায় একীভূত করে রাজনীতিকে ক্রমান্বয়ে গড়ে তোলা গেলে সেই রাজনীতিটা একটা জনকল্যানমুখী রাজনীতি হিসেবে গড়ে ওঠে। ফলে তা ধীরে ধীরে মানুষের কাছে গ্রহণযোগ্য হয়ে ওঠে। এই যাত্রা শুরুর দিকে কিছুটা স্লো থাকে, কিন্ত একবার নির্মান হয়ে গেলে তা টেকসই হয় এবং ক্রমান্বয়ে জনপ্রিয়তা লাভ করতে থাকে।
ইতিহাসকে গ্লোরিফাই করে রাজনীতি বিনির্মানের যেই চর্চা এতদিন যাবত বাংলাদেশ সহ পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন দেশে চলে আসছে, টেকনোলজি, ইন্টারনেট এবং সোস্যাল মিডিয়ার কারনে তা এখন আর আগের মত ইফেক্টিভ জায়গায় নাই।
জিন-জি এবং জেন-আলফারা এখন আর কেবল ইতিহাস গ্লোরিফাই করাতে ব্যস্ত থাকাটা পছন্দ করেন না। বরং নতুন ইতিহাস তৈরি তাদেরকে বেশি আকৃষ্ট করে। যেমন জুলাই বিপ্লব তার একটা উৎকৃষ্ট উদাহরণ।
সুতরাং, আধুনিক রাজনীতি তাই কেবল ইতিহাস চর্চা করে না, বরং নতুন নতুন ইতিহাস রচণা করে। আর রাজনীতির মাধ্যমে অর্থবহ ইতিহাস রচণা করার সিলসিলা চালু রাখতে গেলে আপনাকে আপনার রাজনীতিতে 4P ধারণ করতেই হবে।

Do people across the world, even in Bangladesh, really know about the 4P of modern politics? Let me be clear, this is not borrowed from anywhere. As a conscious observer of contemporary politics, I am sharing this 4P theory as my own experiential knowledge.
The 4Ps of modern politics are:
• Positive Politics
• Purposeful Politics
• Proactive Politics
• Productive Politics
When these four dimensions are brought together in balance, politics transforms into a truly people-centric force. It may begin slowly, but once built, it becomes sustainable and steadily wins public acceptance.
The old habit of glorifying history as the foundation of politics, whether in Bangladesh or elsewhere, no longer holds the same power in the age of technology, the internet, and social media.
Gen Z and Gen Alpha are no longer satisfied with just celebrating past glories. They crave the creation of new history. The July Revolution stands as a perfect example.
Modern politics, therefore, cannot stop at retelling history. It must create it. And if you are not ready to embrace the 4Ps, then you are not ready for the future of politics.
