First Airbus A330 of US-Bangla arrived today afternoon!! Welcome to Bangladesh.

This Airbus is leased from Fly-Malta flown under FlyPop and Cebu Pacific. MSN: 1445. This is leased for 5 years and will serve US-Bangla for medium-long and busy routes with high demand.

Dakota in Dhaka!
Yesterday at around 02:58 pm local time C-FTGX an 80 yrs old DC3 (C-47J Skytrain )converted to Basler BT-67 landed at Dhaka Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport.
The aircraft was manufactured in 1943 for United States Airforce and saw some combat missions in World War 2 she was upgraded to Basler BT-67 with modified avionics in 2004 extending its lifetime significantly
Currently, she is being operated by Geospace for oil and gas exploration and came to Dhaka for a technical stop giving its crew a rest and refueling before heading to Delhi, India
She departed Dhaka at around 10:30 am local time.

Also, Biman’s first aircraft type was the DC-3 which Biman got from India
