Finally, I made it to one of the most hyped French cafés in town C’Paris and it absolutely lived up to the buzz.

A relatively new addition to the city’s café scene, C'Paris has already gained a strong following within just a year of opening. The moment you step in you’re welcomed by a chic interior paired with a cozy, inviting ambiance. The space is thoughtfully designed, with a spacious seating arrangement that makes it ideal whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet me time. The ground floor hosts the café, while the first floor offers a more refined fine-dining experience.I had been wanting to visit for quite some time, and finally getting the chance felt rewarding. I decided to keep it simple with coffee and pastries and it turned out to be a delightful experience.
➡️ Items I tried there:
▪︎ Jamaican Chocolate: 475++
- A creamy mousse layered over a chocolate sponge base and topped with a hazelnut. The dessert carried a subtle sweetness, perfectly balanced with a rich dark chocolate aroma. It wasn’t overpowering, which made it even more enjoyable.
▪︎ Almond Croissant: 495++
- Flaky, buttery, and filled with a sweet almond center this croissant was everything you’d expect from a good French pastry. It paired beautifully with coffee and made for a comforting treat.
▪︎ Caffè Latte: 350++
- A decent cup of coffee that complemented the pastries well. Smooth and satisfying, though not particularly standout.
□ Overall, my visit to C’Paris was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Definitely a place worth checking out if you’re into aesthetic cafés and classic French-style treats.
⚠️ This is absolutely my personal opinion.

If you love places that combine beautiful ambiance with great food, Tudo Restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Since starting their journey in 2024, it has quickly become popular for its aesthetic indoor and outdoor seating. The space is thoughtfully divided the ground floor is a cozy café in collaboration with Bookworm now, while the first floor hosts the restaurant. Both offer similar menus with a slightly different vibe.
➡️Here are some of my favorite picks:
▪︎ Spicy Prawn Bao; 675++
- Super soft bao with crispy, flavorful prawn easily one of the best I’ve had.
▪︎ Salt and Pepper Calamari: 650++
- Crispy calamari topped with perfect seasoning, fried garlic, and curry leaves.
▪︎ Crab Avocado Rolls: 850++
- Fresh sushi rolls with avocado and crab, topped with shredded crab, mayo, and tobiko.
▪︎ Seafood Alfredo: 850++
- Creamy, rich, and loaded with seafood absolutely satisfying.
▪︎ Mai Tai: 350++
- A refreshing mix of pineapple, orange, lemon, and almond milk unique and delicious.
□ Overall, Tudo offers a complete dining experience with both great food and a stunning atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d keep going back to.
⚠️ This is absolutely my personal opinion.

Today I am going to talk about one of my most favorite Italian restaurant in the town and that is BRIO.
Please follow

If you're planning a chill hangout during this Eid vacation, BRIO: Italian Restaurant could be a great spot to explore some classic Italian flavours. The place has a cozy ambiance with a seating capacity of around 40+ people, making it perfect for catching up with friends or family. I’ve been there 2–3 times now and honestly, I absolutely love the food specially the complimentary foccacia bread with butter.
➡️ Items I tried:
▪︎ Half & Half Pizza (Burrata & Beef + Carnivora): 1690++
- The Burrata & Beef would be my top pick. The burrata was creamy and flavourful, while the beef bacon added a smoky, savoury punch. The basil pesto with fresh basil gave it a nice fresh kick.
The Carnivora was also delicious loaded with sausage and beef bacon, very meaty and satisfying. Definitely better than the Pepperoni.
▪︎ Pepperoni Pizza: 1590++
- Tasty but quite similar to the Carnivora. If you're choosing one, I’d recommend going for the Carnivora instead.
□ All pizzas are around 12"+ and made with 72-hour fermented dough, big thumbs up for that crust.
▪︎ Lasagna: 1490++
- Cheesy, rich, and meaty, honestly one of the best lasagnas I’ve had lately. Super filling though, so maybe don’t pair it with a whole pizza unless you're really hungry.
▪︎ Aglio Olio Seafood: 1390++
- A garlicky angel hair pasta made with fresh ingredients. It tasted light and fresh with a generous amount of seafood. A good choice if you’re not into heavy dishes.
▪︎ Tiramisu: 490++
- Had high hopes after the pizza and pasta, but this was a bit disappointing. It tasted more like it was made with whipped cream instead of mascarpone. Not recommended.
▪︎ Cannoli: 690++
- Better than the tiramisu, but still not worth the price. The filling lacked that rich, creamy texture.
□ Overall, Great pizzas and lasagna, decent pasta, but you can skip the drinks and desserts. The cozy ambience makes it a lovely spot for a relaxed hangout with friends or family.
⚠️ This is absolutely my personal opinion.

Hiroshi Ramen started their journey just a few months ago, they’ve already impressed me enough to visit 5 to 6 times now. The restaurant offers a spacious seating arrangement, cozy ambiance, private dining space for families or meetings, and even Dhaka’s only iconic solo dining area inspired by Japanese dining culture.
➡️ Items I tried:
▪︎ Octopus Takoyaki: 450++
- Soft, flavorful Japanese takoyaki filled with small pieces of octopus. A perfect starter.
▪︎ Prawn Nori Tacos: 450++
▪︎ Beef Nori Tacos: 375++
- Both come in 2 pieces & are packed with flavor. Great for sharing.
▪︎ Salmon Mentai Sushi: 550++
- Fresh salmon nigiri topped with mayo and lightly torched. It literally melts in your mouth.
▪︎ Whole Soft Shell Crab Bao: 550++
▪︎ Bang Bang Shrimp Bao: 450++
- Both are tasty, but the crab bao stood out with its crunchy texture and flavorful coleslaw.
▪︎ Dynamic Mussels: 950++
- A must-try for seafood lovers. Juicy mussels bursting with flavor.
▪︎ Beef Steak Ramen: 700++
▪︎ Chicken Karaage Spicy Miso Ramen: 800++
- Rich, flavorful broths and definitely among their best sellers.
▪︎ Chicken Nanban Steak: 650++
- Juicy chicken topped with mayo and onion sauce with a tangy finish.
▪︎ Chicken Teriyaki Don: 650++
▪︎ Salmon Teriyaki Don: 975++
- The salmon version was my favorite, perfectly cooked with teriyaki sauce and served with steamed rice.
▪︎ Chicken Katsu Don: 750++
- A comforting bowl of rice topped with crispy chicken katsu and egg.
▪︎ Spicy Salmon Roll: 950++
- Fresh salmon with a satisfying spicy kick.
▪︎ Chicken Katsu Sando: 850++
- Crispy, juicy katsu chicken in soft bread a delicious sandwich option.
▪︎ Pina Colada: 275++
- Refreshing and light.
▪︎ Matcha Ice Cream: 175++
▪︎ Sesame Ice Cream: 175++
- Both were creamy and delicious.
□ Overall, Hiroshi Ramen offers a great Japanese dining experience with flavorful dishes definitely worth visiting if you love Japanese cuisine.

This Ramadan I had the chance to try the iftar platters at Baan Busaba an East Asian restaurant offering a unique variety of Asian dishes. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance with around 40+ seating capacity, making it a nice spot for small iftar gatherings with friends or family. I was invited to try their iftar platters and loved the food so much that I visited again with my friends and everyone enjoyed it.
➡️ Platters I tried:
▪︎ Basma: 1449++ (Platter for 1)
- Although it’s designed for one person, the portion is quite generous. The platter includes crispy morning glory, vermicelli with minced beef in house special sauce, crispy chicken in pandan leaf, chicken larb taco, and chicken khao soi as starters. For mains, there was Baan Busaba crispy beef, penang curry chicken, and truffle egg fried rice. The platter ends with a soft taro milk cake and a drink of your choice (mango, orange, or guava strawberry). The chicken khao soi was definitely my favorite.
▪︎ Ana: 1449++ (Platter for 1)
- This platter includes prawn har gow, steamed seabass in red curry sauce, vermicelli glass noodles with minced beef in house sauce, and red curry chicken with roti pancakes as starters. For mains, there was steamed jasmine rice served with seafood in young coconut and yellow curry paste. Dessert was a unique and delicious Milo crème brûlée along with a drink of your choice.
□ Overall, the iftar platters at Baan Busaba are flavorful, well-portioned, and offer a great mix of East Asian dishes. If you're looking to try something different this Ramadan, their iftar platters are definitely worth checking out. A prior reservation would help you to get a better seat.
⚠️ This is absolutely my personal opinion.

Bosco Cafe & Bistro started their journey just a few months ago and already stands out with its quiet, spacious seating arrangements. They also have a separate room for larger groups and a big smoking zone. With its Instagrammable decor and tasty food, Bosco Cafe has everything you need for a great hangout spot. I was recently invited to try their Iftar platters, and I found the food is quite flavorful and delicious. Not just for Iftar, you can also save this place for your Eid hangouts. If you're looking for an affordable place for Iftar, you should definitely give them a try.
➡️ Items I tried:
- All their sets come with the same complimentary ramadan special drink, 500ml water, dates, and seasonal fresh fruits.
For Starters you'll get french toast sandwich (chicken), prawn fritters, teriyaki spring roll, onion rings, chickpea masala.
□ Main Dishes: I tried 3 of their mains.
▪ Peri Peri Chicken Roast: 990+
- A flavorful, spicy, and tangy chicken served with aromatic rice and sautéed veggies. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the rice paired perfectly with it.
▪ Grilled Dory Fish: 990+
- My personal favorite among the three. A delicious dory fillet served with aromatic rice and sautéed - vegetables. The drizzle of white sauce on top complemented the dish really well.
▪ Kebab Platter: 850+
- Although it’s meant for one person, after the starters it can easily be shared by two. It includes two types of chicken kebabs with paratha and side salad. Tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. 😋

Today I’m sharing a very simple yet incredibly delicious zucchini fritters recipe that you can make in just 15 minutes from start to finish.
Please follow
Instagram:
Facebook: foodiesdiarybd
With only 5 main ingredients this recipe is perfect for a quick snack, light lunch, or even a healthy appetizer. These fritters are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and optionally stuffed with melty mozzarella for an extra treat.
▪︎ Ingredients:
- 1 large zucchini
- ⅓ cup chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- Spices: salt-pepper, ½ tsp paprika or red chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder
- Grated mozzarella (optional for filling)
▪︎ Instructions:
◇ Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini
- Grate the zucchini using the larger holes of a grater. Place the grated zucchini in a strainer, add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. This step helps draw out excess moisture. After 10 minutes, squeeze out all the excess water from the zucchini using your hands. Set aside.
◇ Step 2: Prepare the Batter
- In a mixing bowl combine egg, chickpea flour mix well, then add wheat flour, baking soda, and all the spices. Add a small amount of water if needed to create a thick, spoonable batter. The consistency should be thick enough to hold its shape. Fold in the squeezed zucchini and mix everything well.
◇ Step 3: Shape & Cook
- Take a small portion of the mixture in your palm, flatten it slightly, and (if using) place a little grated mozzarella in the center. Seal and shape it into a small patty.
▪︎ You can cook the fritters in two ways:
◇ Pan Fry:
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides.
◇ Air Fry:
Lightly brush or spray with oil and air fry until golden and crispy.
Serve these zucchini fritters hot with your favorite sauce, dip, or yogurt. They also pair beautifully with a fresh salad for a light meal.
These quick zucchini fritters are crispy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for busy days when you want something homemade but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
Don't forget to share pictures with me if you're making it 😊.
Enjoy! ❤️
