📍 Location: Banani, Dhaka (On-site)
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday)
💼 About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable person to support the Managing Director with daily schedules, meetings, reminders, and communication.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and daily schedule
✅ Arrange meetings, calls, and follow-ups
✅ Send timely reminders and track tasks
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
✅ Organize documents, messages, and priority lists
✅ Assist in day-to-day communication tasks
🎯 Requirements
✨ Good communication manners
✨ Ability to manage time and prioritize work
✨ Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
✨ Good common sense and consistency
💰 Salary Range
BDT 15,000 – 20,000 per month
