📍 Location: Banani, Dhaka (On-site)
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday)

💼 About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable person to support the Managing Director with daily schedules, meetings, reminders, and communication.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and daily schedule
✅ Arrange meetings, calls, and follow-ups
✅ Send timely reminders and track tasks
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
✅ Organize documents, messages, and priority lists
✅ Assist in day-to-day communication tasks

🎯 Requirements
✨ Good communication manners
✨ Ability to manage time and prioritize work
✨ Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
✨ Good common sense and consistency

💰 Salary Range
BDT 15,000 – 20,000 per month

প্ল্যান আর এলিভেশন ছাড়া কি 3D করা যায় নাকি?
প্ল্যান ছাড়া তো একদমই যায় না — কারণ প্ল্যান না থাকলে মাপ, লেআউট কিছুই বোঝা যায় না।
আর এলিভেশন না থাকলে ডিজাইনের হাইট, ডিটেইল, আর ফিনিশিং ঠিকভাবে ধরা যায় না।
মানে, করা গেলেও আন্দাজে করতে হয়, আর তাতে অনেক সময় নষ্ট হয়।
শেষে রিভিশন দিতে দিতে কাজ বড় হয়ে যায়।
তাই নিখুঁত, সুন্দর আর দ্রুত 3D করাতে হলে প্ল্যান আর এলিভেশন দুটোই থাকা লাগবে।

পারফেক্ট 3D রেন্ডারের জন্য একজন 3D ভিজুয়ালাইজারকে কীভাবে ব্রিফ করবেন ?

যদি ঠিকমতো ব্রিফ না দেন, তাহলে থ্রিডি ডিজাইনার বুঝতে পারে না আপনি আসলে কী চান। তখন রেন্ডার বারবার ঠিক করতে হয়, সময়ও নষ্ট হয়।
তাই কাজ শুরুর আগে একটু সময় নিয়ে পরিষ্কারভাবে বোঝান আপনি কী দেখতে চান।
বললেন শুধু “একটা বিল্ডিং-এর রেন্ডার চাই,” এটা খুব সাধারণ কথা। কিন্তু যদি বলেন
“বিকেলের সময়ের রেন্ডার চাই, বিল্ডিংয়ের সামনে পার্কে কয়েকটা বাচ্চা খেলছে, চারপাশে হালকা সোনালি আলো পড়ছে,”
তাহলে ডিজাইনার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বুঝে যাবে আপনি কেমন পরিবেশ ও মুড চান ।দেখবেন রেন্ডার হবে একদম আপনার মনের মতো!
