• Soft served Strawberry Ice cream(230tk) in Matcha Dip(50tk) — 5/10.
the matcha dip was good, the flavour was prominent but the strawberry soft served ice cream was quite “watery” not creamy and tasted more like bubblegum flavour than strawberry. not really worth the total price(280tk).
• Hazelnut Latte(300tk) — 6/10.
average tora bika sachet coffee.
• Mocha Latte(250tk) — 7/10.
it tasted more like regular coffee with cocoa powder instead of an ACTUAL mocha. also, they tried to charge us 50tk more for “addition of chocolate flavour” but a MOCHA is supposed to be COFFEE + CHOCOLATE. why the addictional charge ? they did deduct the extra 50tk after we complained !
* the quantity of coffee are very well for the prices charged. however, not everyone always wants to drink a BIG cup of coffee ! they need to provide smaller sizes and adjust the prices accordingly.
* their menu is not organised at all. as well as their way of listing the items in the bill. we were really confused by the titles of the item they noted in the bill.
* their barista isn’t too good at explaining what the drinks are like. on their menu, the coffees are listed in “indonesian names” so we asked the barista to explain to us which coffee tastes like what and he hands us, the customers, their “coffee making instructions booklet” which was also really confusing.
final note : they’re a new cafe so, these things can happen but in the future they need to be careful, get trained well and organise their menus !
