Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer cm Project Leader to join our team. This role will involve leading web development projects while actively contributing to coding and programming tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee web development projects from conception to completion.
• Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are met, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in web development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Full-Stack software development for internal Web Application and Mobile Application
• Must have ability to understand of prebuilt software source code and work on that to make changes.
• High experience on ERP software development, implement, and maintain.
• Proper development skills and experience in building modern web applications using core PHP & MVC PHP frameworks (Laravel all version) and specialize in VUE.js, Nuxt, jQuery, Others popular java script library, Bootstrap, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5.
• API Development & Integration with different platforms
• Developing REST full API in PHP to assist mobile application development and other third-party integration
• Full knowledge and ability to develop security of software
• Do proper Documentation of the application
• Software Engineer responsibilities include gathering system and user requirements, building modules and testing features before release.
• Ensure Version controlling and upgrade software with maintaining versions.
• Optimize existing code base and work on software architecture and deploy new updates.
• Good Knowledge on opensource platforms
• Understanding on ecommerce development
• Web server, cPanel, webmail, Domain control, DNS settings on both Linux and Windows platform
• Knowledge to maintain Linux webserver
• Must have ability to find problems and solve them
