"ছাদের ছবি: মরশুম চার, পর্ব এক" এবার দেশি সিনেমা এর জন্য নির্ধারিত সবগুলো সিট সম্পূর্ণভাবে পূর্ণ হয়েছে। তাই রেজিস্ট্রেশন আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে বন্ধ করা হয়েছে। এত দ্রুত সাড়া পাওয়ার জন্য আমরা আপনাদের কাছে অত্যন্ত কৃতজ্ঞ।

স্বল্প বিরতির পর ছাদের ছবিঃ মরশুম চার, পর্ব এক। এবার দেশি সিনেমা!

মরশুম চার শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে একটু বিরতি নিয়ে, এই মরশুম জুড়ে থাকবে শুধুই দেশি নির্মাতাদের সিনেমা, গল্প আর আড্ডা। নির্মাতার উপস্থিতিতেই তার সিনেমা দেখার সেই অনন্য অভিজ্ঞতা পাবেন ১০১ ইন্দিরা রোডের ছাদে।

পর্ব একে থাকছে:
"ফ্রেন্ডলি নেইবারহুড ফিল্মমেকারস (এফএনএফ)"-এর ১০ জন নির্মাতার ১০টি স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য সিনেমার বিশেষ প্রদর্শনী। শুধু সিনেমা দেখাই নয়, দেখার পরই নির্মাতাদের সাথে সরাসরি আলোচনার সুযোগ থাকবে। জানতে পারবেন এই ১০ জন কীভাবে এক হয়েছেন, তাদের সিনেমা নিয়ে ভাবনা কী, এবং সিনেমা শেষে হবে গল্পের খোলামেলা আলাপ।

এক সেশন শেষ, কিন্তু অংশগ্রহণকারী সবার জন্যই ভাবনা এবং সৃষ্টির এক বড় জগৎ এর আহবান শুরু। আশা করি তারা তাদের গপ্পের জগতের আহবানে সাড়া দিয়ে এগিয়ে যাবেন।

Float around in this experience-sharing-based workshop on songwriting and song-making, where Arjun Kar & Samin Yasar will share their experience, thoughts, and takes on songwriting, composition, melody, and lyrics.
Is a song all about music and words? Or, does a song have a world beyond these?
Where do the words and melodies come from?
Is it inherent in us, or do we just get influenced by the world around us?

This casual workshop will be followed by an Open Mic session (registration-based) where other musician-participants, lyricists, and composers will get the floor to discuss their songwriting, composing, and other related creative processes.
Arjun Kar:
Arjun is a Kolkata-based folk songwriter-singer, practicing a particular style of music, majorly influenced by Americana folk. Arjun has been working as a solo performer and has been involved with different projects from different places. His debut album, Other Side of Time, is a reasonable example of his thought process.
He’ll be sharing his ways and possibilities regarding crafting a song.
Samin Yasar:
Guitarist of Firoze Jong and houseband member of Hatirpool Sessions. An arranger and composer more than a guitarist. Having spent a decent amount of time working in the indie scene, Samin brings his experience of putting oneself in various contexts. Ultimately finding out what he's capable of contributing to various kinds of songs. "Follow the melody" is his philosophy, and that's what he'll be sharing in this workshop.

Ratherhood Initiatives Limited welcomes its first batch of fellows from the "শব্দ-গপ্প-ছবি ১২ (A Writing & Film Idea Incubation Workshop)".

Through creative, interactive sessions & gameplays, the 5 hours workshop has brought numerous ideas, situations, characters, premises, story worlds and complete stories for every single participants. We are same as excited as our participants who have come out of their creative blocks and has got the courage to go further with their ideas which have just been born.

We are starting a 'Development Track' for the participants who are willing to develop their ideas further.
Looking forward to the next batch of freshers for the regular 'Incubation Track'.

“শব্দ-গপ্প-ছবি ১২” ওয়ার্কশপ পাঁচ ঘন্টার এই কিউরেটেড রাইটিং ও ফিল্ম প্রজেক্ট ইনকিউবেশন ওয়ার্কশপে অংশগ্রহণকারী তাদের অবচেতন মনকে অনুসন্ধান করে নতুন গল্প, চরিত্র এবং আইডিয়ার বীজ খুঁজেছেন। শুরুর চিরকুট হাতে দুইটি প্র্যাকটিস সেশন শেষে প্রত্যেকের নিজস্ব গল্প/ফিল্ম প্রজেক্টে দিকে সুত্রপাত ঘটালেন বলে রাদারহুড বিশ্বাস করে।

কিউরেট ও পরিচালনা করেছেন চলচ্চিত্র প্রযোজক, শিক্ষক ও কিউরেটর ফজলে হাসান শিশির, যিনি গত পাঁচ বছর ধরে এই ইনকিউবেশন প্রক্রিয়া ডিজাইন ও এক্সিকিউট করে আসছেন।

বিশেষ ধন্যবাদ অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সক্রিয় আগ্রহের জন্যে।
আমরা আশা করি, এই লেখা চিন্তা গুলো এবং প্রজেক্টের সুত্রসমূহ ভবিষ্যতে প্রকাশিত হবে কোন না কোন মাধ্যমে— হয়ত বই আকারে বা ফিল্ম প্রজেক্ট হিসেবে।
