🤣 “ম্যানুয়াল থেকে ডিজিটাল… ভোগান্তি কিন্তু ফুল ভার্সন!”
আজ ৯ আগস্ট ২০২৫, আমি এসেছি নাক, কান ও গলা বিভাগ, পিজি হাসপাতাল, ঢাকা। BSMMU.
গত ৭/৮/২০২৫ তারিখে ডাক্তার দেখিয়েছিলাম, ২টা পরীক্ষা দিয়েছিলো। তার মধ্যে ১টা সেদিনই করাতে পেরেছিলাম, বাকিটা আজ ৯/৮/২০২৫ করাতে এলাম।
সকাল ৮টায় এসে পরীক্ষা করলাম, রিপোর্ট নিয়ে এখন সময় ১১:৫০, ডাক্তারকে রিপোর্ট দেখানোর জন্য অপেক্ষায় আছি।
লম্বা সিরিয়ালে দাঁড়িয়ে আছি—হয়তো বিকেল ২টা বা ৩টা বাজতে পারে।
আজ শনিবার, সরকারি ছুটির দিন, তবুও প্রতিদিনই এমন ভিড় থাকে।
পিজি হাসপাতাল—বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম বড় সরকারি হাসপাতাল।
স্বভাব, চরিত্র—সবই সরকারি!
যাই হোক, সাধারণ মানুষের ভোগান্তির কিছুটা উন্নতি হয়েছে—আগে ছিল ম্যানুয়াল ভোগান্তি, এখন আছে ম্যানুয়াল + ডিজিটাল সম্মিলিত ভোগান্তি।
সাধারণ মানুষ চিরকালই সাধারণ।
বলার কিছু নেই… শুধু অপেক্ষা, আর অপেক্ষা…

🤣 “From Manual to Digital… but Suffering is Full Version!”
Today, 9 August 2025, I came to the ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) Department, PG Hospital, Dhaka. BSMMU.
On 7 August 2025, I had a doctor’s appointment where I was prescribed two tests. I managed to do one on the same day, and today, 9 August, I came for the remaining one.
I arrived at 8:00 AM, completed the test, and now at 11:50 AM, I’m waiting to show the report to the doctor.
Still in the long queue—it might be 2 PM or even 3 PM before my turn comes.
Today is Saturday, an official holiday, yet the crowd is the same every day.
PG Hospital—one of Bangladesh’s largest government hospitals.
Its nature and character—purely “government style.”
However, there’s been some improvement in public suffering—
Before it was manual suffering, now it’s manual + digital combined suffering.
Ordinary people remain ordinary forever.
Nothing more to say… just waiting, and waiting…
