In this video, I talk about my experience being a lab rat (almost literally) in a sleep-deprivation studying scientific experiment in UCONN funded by the U.S. Military. Here, I talk about the process, somewhat about the eligibility, preparation and the process I went through as a part of being an entity of the experimental group. Along with that, I talk about how to ensure a good night's sleep focusing mainly on the quality along with the total duration to maintain optimal efficiency. These tips have saved me immensely in producing quality work in my PhD life which I have to juggle with teaching and maintaining a decent social life.
