ব্রকলির ডিমের ওমলেট | Broccoli Egg Omelette
উপকরণ পরিমাণ
ডিম ৩টি
ব্রকলি কিমা ১ কাপ
পিঁয়াজকুচি ১/২ কাপ
কাঁচা মরিচ কুচি ৩টি
ধনিয়া পাতা কুচি ১ টেবিল চামচ
লবণ ১ চা চামচ
গোলমরিচের গুঁড়া ১চা চামচ
তেল ১ টেবিল চামচ
রন্ধন প্রণালী
প্রথমে একটি পাত্রে ডিমগুলো ভেঙে,কুসুমগুলো আলাদা করে নিন।ডিমের সাদা অংশের মধ্যে ব্রকলি কিমা,পেয়াজ কুচি,মরিচ কুচি,ধনিয়া কুচি দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিন।এর মধ্যে লবণ এবং গোলমরিচের গুড়া দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিন।চুলায় একটি প্যানে ১ টেবিল চামচ তেল দিয়ে।তেল গরম হয়ে আসলে এর মধ্যে মেশানো ডিমের সাদা অংশটি দিয়ে দিন,এর উপরে একটি কুসুম দিয়ে দিন। অসমের উপরে সামান্য লবণ এবং গোলমরিচের গুঁড়া ছিটি দিয়ে হালকা আছে ঢেকে দিন।১-২ মিনিট পর নামিয়ে নিন ,তৈরি হয়ে গেল মজাদার ব্রুকলির ডিমের ওমলেট।
