Business Strategies of Shajgoj:

1. They decorated stores to justify their higher price.

2. Employed only women in the store to help customers (women) navigate through the buying process.

3. They sell only imported products in physical stores. It allows them to set prices that will cover their overall expense.

if they sold local products in physical stores, they would not be profitable after spending on expenses (salaries, store rent)

Areas that Shajgoj can Work on to Increase their Sales:

1. The salesperson could have suggested to me an alternative product when I did not find my desired product.
Rather they just said 'The product is not available'. I don't know much sales they miss for this reason.
