Better Than Restaurant | You Can Make This at Home | Best Paratha Recipe

Ingredients :
1.All-Purpose Flour – 1 Cup
2.Salt – ¼ tsp
3.Sugar – 1 tsp
4.Milk Powder – 1 tsp
5.Oil – 1 tbsp
6.Lukewarm Water – ⅓ Cup
7.Oil – As Required for Layering & Frying
8.All-Purpose Flour – As Required for Layering

Instructions :
1.In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, and 1 tablespoon of oil.
2.Mix everything well until the oil is evenly incorporated into the flour.
3.Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until you get a soft and smooth dough.
4.Cover the dough and let it rest for about 10–15 minutes. This will make the paratha easier to roll and create better layers.
5.Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out into a thin, round sheet.
6.Spread a little oil evenly over the rolled dough and lightly sprinkle some flour on top.
7.Cut the dough into thin strips or sections to help create beautiful flaky layers.
8.Fold the strips together and gently roll them into a layered dough ball.
9.Roll the dough ball again into a round or slightly oval-shaped paratha. Roll gently so the layers remain intact.
10.Heat a tawa or frying pan over medium heat and carefully place the rolled paratha onto it.
11.Cook until the bottom develops light golden spots, then flip it over.
12.Apply a little oil and fry both sides over medium heat until the paratha becomes golden brown, crispy, and flaky.
13.Remove from the pan and gently press the edges or slightly crush the paratha between your hands to separate the layers.
14.Serve hot with curry, dal, vegetables, egg, or your favorite side dish. 😍

Crispy, flaky, and beautifully layered, this homemade paratha is so delicious that you’ll want to make it again and again. A simple recipe with a restaurant-style taste! 😍
