i). No cough.
ii). No fever.

iii). Pain in the joints.
iv). Headaches.

vii). Pneumonia.
viii). Appetite has decreased dramatically.

2。 In addition, COVID-Omicron XBB is 5 times more toxic than delta variants and has a higher mortality rate.

পুরো বাংলাদেশে ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে ছোঁয়াচে রোগ ‘স্ক্যাবিস’। 😥

স্ক্যাবিস (Scabies) একটি ছোঁয়াচে ত্বকের রোগ। এটি Sarcoptes scabiei নামক ক্ষুদ্র মাকড়সার (mite) কারণে হয়ে থাকে। এই মাকড়সা ত্বকের উপরিভাগে গর্ত তৈরি করে এবং ডিম পাড়ে, যার ফলে ত্বকে তীব্র চুলকানি এবং ফুসকুড়ি দেখা দেয়।

স্ক্যাবিসের প্রধান লক্ষণগুলো হলো:

* তীব্র চুলকানি: বিশেষ করে রাতে চুলকানি বাড়ে।
* ফুসকুড়ি: ছোট ছোট লালচে দানা বা ফোস্কার মতো দেখা যায়।
* গর্তের চিহ্ন: ত্বকের উপর ছোট, আঁকাবাঁকা, ধূসর বা সাদা রঙের সরু রেখা দেখা যেতে পারে, যা মাকড়সার তৈরি করা গর্ত।
স্ক্যাবিস সাধারণত নিম্নলিখিত স্থানগুলোতে বেশি দেখা যায়:
* আঙুল ও পায়ের আঙুলের মাঝে
* কবজি
* কনুই ও হাঁটুর ভাঁজে
* বগলের নিচে
* কোমর
* নিতম্ব

স্ক্যাবিস অত্যন্ত ছোঁয়াচে এবং সরাসরি চামড়ার সংস্পর্শে আসা, অথবা আক্রান্ত ব্যক্তির ব্যবহার করা কাপড়, বিছানা ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে ছড়াতে পারে।
যদি আপনার মনে হয় আপনার স্ক্যাবিস হয়েছে, তাহলে একজন ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নেওয়া উচিত। ডাক্তার সাধারণত শারীরিক পরীক্ষা এবং প্রয়োজনে ত্বকের নমুনা নিয়ে রোগ নির্ণয় করতে পারেন। স্ক্যাবিসের চিকিৎসার জন্য বিশেষ ধরনের ক্রিম বা লোশন পাওয়া যায় যা মাকড়সা এবং তাদের ডিম ধ্বংস করে। পরিবারের সকল সদস্য এবং ঘনিষ্ঠ সংস্পর্শে আসা ব্যক্তিদেরও একই সময়ে চিকিৎসা করানো উচিত, এমনকি তাদের লক্ষণ না থাকলেও। এছাড়া, ব্যবহৃত কাপড় ও বিছানা গরম পানিতে ধুয়ে বা ভালোভাবে পরিষ্কার করে জীবাণুমুক্ত করা জরুরি।
