Your Pathway to a Full-Time Role
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh�Duration: 3 Months (Paid) – with the possibility of a full-time offer
Magnifier Creatives is a creative agency with 6+ years of experience producing impactful campaigns and cinematic content — from NGOs to corporates, schools to OTT platforms. We’re growing fast in the commercial and entertainment space, and we want fresh talent who are ready to learn, create, and grow with us.
We’re hiring two trainee interns — hands-on roles where you’ll work on real projects and, if you shine, step into a permanent position.
Role 1: Creative Content Trainee
You will:
* Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos/reels.
* Capture photos for campaigns and social media.
* Design static posts and marketing visuals using Canva (and other tools if you know them).
* Research social trends and pitch new ideas.
* Work closely with creative and production teams on varied client briefs.
You are:
* Skilled with Canva; bonus points for Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing.
* A visual thinker who loves storytelling.
* Up to date on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube trends.
* Comfortable with a camera or smartphone for shooting.
Role 2: Client & Business Development Trainee
You will:
* Support client servicing: take meeting notes, schedule tasks, track deadlines.
* Assist in making pitch decks, proposals, and presentations (Canva proficiency required).
* Prepare client reports and follow-ups.
* Research and identify new business opportunities.
* Coordinate between clients and our internal team.
You are:
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Good at Canva design for presentations.
* Confident in written and verbal communication.
* Excited to learn the ropes of client servicing and business growth.

Salary:
BDT 8,000–10,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
