  • Our Return Policy: পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে অবশ্যই ভাল করে দেখে নিবেন এবং তার জন্য আপনার ডেলিভারিম্যানের কাছে কিছু সময় চেয়ে নিবেন। পণ্যটি দেখার পর যদি কোন কারণে আপনার কাছে পছন্দ না হয়ে থাকে অথবা যদি আপনি পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে চান, সেক্ষেত্রে দয়া করে সাথে সাথে আপনার ডেলিভারিম্যানকে জানান। তারপর ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ পণ্যটি ডেলিভারিম্যানের কাছে বুঝিয়ে দিন। ডেলিভারিম্যান স্থান ত্যাগ করার পর আর কোনভাবেই আপনার পণ্যটি ফেরতযোগ্য বলে গণ্য হবে না।

  • Replace Policy: শুধুমাত্র সাইজ সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য বুঝে পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে অথবা তিন দিনের মধ্যে পণ্যটি বদলের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন। তিন দিন পর আপনার পণ্যটি বদল অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
