Day by day, my social skills are vanishing like my phone’s battery at 1%. Offline or online doesn’t matter I just don’t feel like talking anymore. At university, I only talk to one person regularly, and even that feels like a full-time job sometimes. It’s not that I hate people (well… maybe a little 😅), but every time I think, “I’ll talk later,” I end up ghosting the moment. I’ve officially become the “seen-zoner” of real life. What’s funny is I used to be the most extroverted, loud, expressive human ever. Now, after saying two or three sentences, my brain just… shuts down. Like, “System overload. Please try again later.”
I used to find joy in the tiniest things a cup of cha, a random meme, a sunset. Now, even when someone does something sweet for me, my inner voice goes, “Wait, why though? What’s their motive?” 😂 I’ve turned into my own FBI agent. Adulthood is honestly the weirdest glitch in life. I don’t even remember what made me happy anymore probably snacks, naps, and not paying bills.
