Dont throw away overripe banana's
Instead make this 👇

Double Chocolate Banana Cake 🍫🍌
Ingredients:
2 overripe bananas
1 egg
30g brown sugar
20g white sugar
60 ml neutral oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coffee 1tsp
100 g all-purpose flour
10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
30gm g dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions
👉Preheat your oven to 170°C and grease or line a 6×3-inch loaf pan.

👉Mash the bananas until smooth.

👉Whisk together the mashed bananas, egg, both sugars, oil, and vanilla.

👉In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

👉Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined.

👉Fold in the chocolate chips.

👉Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.

👉Bake for 30- 40minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Tips
If your bananas are very large (over 200 g mashed), reduce the oil to 45–50 ml.

Let the loaf cool for at least 1 hour before slicing for the best texture.

Store it airtight for up to 3 days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 1 week
