• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
• Greet and welcome guests/ vendors entering the office premises, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
• Answer a multiple line phone system; manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within message system, along with setting up conference calls as requested.
• Receive all incoming documents appropriately and distribute them to the receiver. Maintain the outgoing tracks as per direction.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor log book, issue visitor badges).
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
• Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including providing them with applications, pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need.

● যেই ৩ টা মোবাইল ওয়ার্কশপ/সার্ভিসিং সেন্টার পর্যবেক্ষণ করবে, ঐ দুইটার ছবি তুলে রাখতে হবে, নিজের ছবিসহ, যেটা চূড়ান্ত পরীক্ষার জন্য উত্তীর্ণ হলে সাথে আনতে হবে।
