Occupier Israel killed 970 Palestinians in 48 hours
At least 970 people have lost their lives in the past two days in the indiscriminate attacks carried out by the occupying Israel in Gaza in violation of the cease-fire agreement during the holy month of Ramadan. On Wednesday, the health ministry, controlled by the ruling group Hamas, reported the death toll from Israeli strikes.
It said that 970 Palestinians were killed in the last 48 hours by Israel's indiscriminate attacks on the war-torn Gaza Strip.
The Gaza Health Ministry said the death toll in the Israeli war in the Gaza Strip reached 48,577 as of Monday afternoon local time. Then on Wednesday afternoon, this number increased to 49 thousand 547 people.
Israeli forces have started an indiscriminate attack on the Gaza Strip since Monday night in violation of the terms of the cease-fire agreement. The Hamas-controlled health ministry said it was the deadliest Israeli attack since the fragile deal that began last January.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military attacked a United Nations building in Gaza on Wednesday. In this attack, at least one foreign worker of the organization was killed and five others were seriously injured.
According to the statement of the Ministry of Health of Gaza, an Israeli attack killed a foreign worker working at a United Nations organization and seriously injured five others. The casualty occurred in an Israeli bomb attack on the headquarters of the central-Gaza governorate. After the rescue, the injured were taken to Al-Aqsa Shaheed Hospital, the ministry said.
