🚨 Toxic Workplace Culture & Abuse of Power
Does a job title give someone the right to bang on tables, humiliate employees, and create an atmosphere of fear?
Too often, authority is mistaken for leadership.
Real leaders don't shout, threaten, or publicly embarrass people. They build trust, inspire performance, and earn respect through their actions.
Work pressure is real. Deadlines are real. But no target is important enough to justify attacking someone's dignity or mental well-being.
When managers rely on fear because employees have families to support and responsibilities they can't walk away from, that's not leadership—it's exploitation.
Power can force compliance. Character earns respect.
The strongest leaders don't make people feel small. They make people better.
