Responsibilities:

• Develop original concepts, engaging characters, and gripping storylines for various formats, including series, films, and shorts.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and fellow writers to refine and enhance scripts.

Requirements:

• While prior experience as a screenwriter is welcome, it is not mandatory. We encourage aspiring writers with a keen interest in honing their skills to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with a team of creative professionals.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and be creative.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting software and a good understanding of screenplay structure.
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio or writing sample showcasing your creativity and storytelling abilities is required for consideration.

Karagar, a Bangla-language series released in 2022, has been the subject of much discussion, adoration, and criticism. While it received high praise initially, it quickly fell out of favor with audiences. Now, it's time to conduct a critical analysis of what went right and what went wrong with the series. Rather than simply basking in the glory of accolades, it's time for the Karagar team to engage in self-reflection and self-criticism.

On May 13th, 2023, the Karagar team will participate in a special interactive session on Ground Zero. During this session, they will answer questions and engage in a thorough exploration of what could have been done better or maybe differently.
