“Appropriate Initiative for Development” (AIFD) has been initiated under Section 28 of the Companies Act, 1994 as a non-profitable company, taking senior level professionals from different disciplines. The company aimed at achieving a number of goals related to poverty alleviation, improvement of health and nutrition, livelihood programs, environment and climate change focusing underprivileged

population of the country. Meanwhile, we obtained the clearance for the name of our company as mentioned, under the company act 1994 (Act xxviii, 1994) from the Joint Stock Company vide their letter of dated 19 May, 2009.
