Seeking to hire an Assistant in Bangladesh (who can also Edit)
Job responsibilities.
Social media manager
Helping with Captions (English and Bangla)
Photoshop and Lightroom projects
Do research into the places I go so I can collaborate with different businesses, hotels, other creators, etc
Editor for short videos (food/shaving vlogs, etc), prepare the formatting before I go through and finalize it
Organize video clips on Premiere Pro for long cinematic videos. I will be handling all the cinematic videos mainly myself but still need someone to manually sort out and label the files and organize them in Premiere Pro Project
Make short videos from previous long videos in square format (Facebook) and vertical format (Instagram reels, Tiktok, YouTube shorts)
Requirements
Adobe Premiere Pro proficient and have a computer where you can edit
Adobe aftereffects, lightroom, and Photoshop proficient ideally but not mandatory
Fluent in both English and Bengali.
Available with computers with high-speed internet access (download 20 GB in a few hours). Get back up high-speed internet connection in case first one fails
Work schedule
As needed
You will need to work regularly. Sometimes hours will be flexible. Other times it won’t if I need videos sorted asap for a deadline I am trying to meet
Standard holidays as Bangladesh
Work hours will be logged and tracked with Toptracker so I can track progress in real time and make sure you are not doing things wrong
