Dear Valued Clients,

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of the father of our Chief Photographer, Mr. Tapos Ray, on August 13. We kindly request your prayers for the eternal peace of his soul.

All Art Story and Birthday Story operations will continue as usual; however, delivery deadlines for edited photographs and videos may be extended by a few days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As Mr. Tapos Ray personally covers events under our Signature Series packages, and due to his current circumstances and the religious rites he must observe, he is unable to be present in Dhaka at this time. Consequently, bookings for the Signature Series will remain temporarily suspended.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued trust in Art Story and Birthday Story.

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to inform you that the Founder and Chief Photographer of the Birthday Story team, Mr. Tapos Ray, is currently facing a difficult time as his Father has been Diagnosed with Lung Cancer.
For his father's treatment, Mr. Ray will be traveling to Chennai, India on July 3rd. His return to the country will depend on the progress and outcome of the medical treatment.

During his stay abroad, his personal contact number will remain inactive. However, the official business number will remain active and will be managed by our team manager.

Please be assured that all operations of Birthday Story will continue as usual. Clients who wish to get in touch with Mr. Ray may do so via WhatsApp. As he was personally responsible for our Signature Series package, we will temporarily suspend new bookings for that specific package. All other packages — Affordable Series, Standard Series, and Premium Series — will continue to be available for booking as usual.

We sincerely request everyone to keep Mr. Ray’s father in your prayers for a successful treatment and a speedy recovery.
