**Job Title:** Web Art Xpert - Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist (Remote)

**Location:** Remote (PDT- working hours)
**Job Type:** Part-time/Full-time, Weekend (2 days a week)
**Salary:** $300 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about numbers, possess excellent accounting skills, and have expertise in QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the company.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop for various accounting functions.
- Assist with financial analysis and budgeting as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing workload efficiently.
- Familiarity with Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) working hours.
- Previous experience in remote accounting positions is a plus.
