You can’t choose what you don’t consider.
We didn’t just sell the fridge. We sold the reason to look again.*
In reality, selling a fridge in a market already flooded with cooling promises is difficult. Therefore; when we got the brief, we didn’t just take it; we challenged it. Because the real problem wasn’t visibility. It was about relevance and consideration set.
Backed by solid consumer insight done by Consulting Ltd, we cracked open the truth: KONKA Fridge was missing from the ‘consideration set’. So we built a bold, focused, 360° campaign under the ‘Happy থাকুন’ umbrella - instead of chasing gimmicks, we zoomed in on what really matters to the everyday user; their pain points by highlighting it’s unique features which they tried to portray few times with different engaging storytelling and unfortunately those did not work. We decided to go where function meets strategic messaging.
Now, the features speak. The brand connects. And the consumer pays attention.
