๐ Act as the main contact for US clients, addressing inquiries promptly,Proven track record in International Call Center.
๐ Task Management: Execute client-assigned tasks promptly and accurately.
๐ข Communication: Update managers and client officers with progress reports.
๐ Order Handling: Monitor client portals, accept orders, and allocate resources.
๐ Field Coordination: Share work details and locations with on-site teams.
๐ Project Review: Analyze project notes and implement necessary actions.

Client Interaction: Schedule appointments and troubleshoot issues with clients.
๐พ Data & Finance: Update databases, process payments, and handle invoices.
๐๏ธ Organization: Maintain a detailed task list and conduct research as required.
