Liver singara 🥟
🧾 Ingredients
🥟 Dough (Outer Shell)
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour (maida)
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp oil
• Water (to knead)
🍖 Filling (Liver Mix)
• 250g chicken or beef liver
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 cup potato (small cubes)
• 1–2 green chilies
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• Salt (to taste)
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Fresh coriander leaves
👩🍳 Recipe (Step-by-Step)
1. Prepare Dough
• Mix flour, salt, and oil
• Add water slowly and knead into a firm dough
• Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes

2. Cook Liver Filling
• Boil liver for 2–3 minutes (removes strong smell) 
• Cut into small cubes
• Heat oil → fry onion, garlic, ginger
• Add spices + potatoes → cook until soft
• Add liver + chilies → cook until dry
• Add garam masala & coriander → mix well

3. Shape Singara
• Roll dough into thin circles
• Cut in half → make cone shape
• Fill with liver mixture
• Seal edges tightly

• Heat oil on medium-low
• Fry slowly until golden brown (6–7 minutes)
