Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the media landscape in Bangladesh. This role is pivotal in developing and executing media strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive media plans across various channels, including all the digital medias
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals. Develop media strategies that effectively reach and engage the target audience.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and audience research to inform media planning decisions. Stay updated on media trends, consumer behavior, and emerging channels.
Media Buying: Collaborate with the buying team to negotiate and secure the best media placements and rates.
Campaign Ex*****on: Execute digital media buys across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, video, and programmatic channels.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns. Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, recommending optimizations where necessary.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior media planners, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring access to premium inventory.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in media planning, with a strong focus on digital media.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
