At Tyger Media (TGRMC Pvt. Limited), we’re looking for a Creative Plannerto develop campaign strategies and pitch ideas across influencer marketing, PR, social media, KOL activations, short-form video, and 360° campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop campaign plans across influencer marketing, PR, bite-sized PR, KOL activations, social media reels, and video content.
* Build integrated 360° campaign plans covering digital, PR, OOH, activation, and media where required.
* Lead pitch decks from brief intake through campaign strategy, deck writing, and design direction.
* Translate client objectives into creative platforms, content angles, influencer/KOL selection, and rollout plans.
* Write campaign narratives, big ideas, and ex*****on roadmaps.
* Collaborate with account, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are executable and properly planned.
* Monitor marketing and cultural trends in Bangladesh and the region and apply relevant insights to campaigns.
* Attend client pitch meetings and present campaign plans when required.

Who We’re Looking For:

* 2–4 years of experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, or brand team.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing, PR, KOL dynamics, and short-form video.
* Ability to extend digital ideas into PR, activation, and offline channels.
* Strong written English; Bangla copywriting skills will be an advantage.
* Strong presentation, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
* Experience working on pitch decks and campaign proposals.
* Basic understanding of design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy is preferred.

Salary: ৳30,000–35,000/month

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week, Full-time, On-site

What You'll Do

1. Your responsibilities include designing daily static creatives, video content, multi-slide carousels, and other visual assets for all media verticals under Tyger Media (TGRMC Pvt. Limited). You might also be tasked with any additional design-related tasks.
2. ⁠Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized content. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
3. Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and content strategists throughout the production process. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
4. Manage project files and deliver edits within deadlines. Stay updated with editing trends, visual styles, and social media best practices.
5. ⁠Solid understanding of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting techniques, and on-set production workflows.
6. ⁠Comfortable handling cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment during shoots. Basic knowledge of cinematography, shot planning, and visual storytelling to capture high-quality footage.
7. Assist with basic graphic design tasks when needed (a plus).

Who We're Looking For
1. Passionate about video editing, storytelling, and digital content.
2. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
3. Good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
5. Familiar with content trends across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
6. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
