Process and manage maintenance requests and work orders with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare detailed bids, cost estimates, and project proposals
Prior experience with clients like: MCS, Safeguard, Five Brothers, VRM, A2Z, PPW clients.
Review, edit, and update work orders to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Handle chargeback disputes and perform related administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Need minimum one year of experience in processing
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with strong time management and organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
