InterContinental Dhaka Promotes Chef Julean Sitol Botlero to Executive Chef
InterContinental Dhaka, the iconic luxury hotel by IHG, is proud to announce the promotion of Chef Julean Sitol Botlero as its new Executive Chef. Formerly serving as the Executive Sous Chef, Chef Julean brings with him over 30 years of global culinary experience, leading some of the most prestigious kitchens across the Middle East and Bangladesh.
Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Julean has contributed his culinary expertise to renowned brands such as Jumeirah Hotels, Le Royal Meridien, and InterContinental Jeddah in the Middle East. In Bangladesh, he has held key culinary positions at leading Marriott hotels, earning accolades for his innovative approach to fine dining and team leadership.
At InterContinental Dhaka, Chef Julean has been instrumental in elevating the hotel’s culinary offerings, infusing international flair with local flavours across its diverse dining outlets. As Executive Chef, he will lead the culinary team in curating memorable gastronomic experiences that reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and creativity.
