আলোচিত ইসলামী বক্তা আবু ত্বহা মোহাম্মদ আদনানের সঙ্গে স্ত্রী সাবিকুন নাহার সারাহের বৈবাহিক সম্পর্ক বিচ্ছেদ হয়েছে। মঙ্গলবার দুপুরে এক ফেসবুক পোস্টে এ তথ্য জানান আবু ত্বহা।

সমাধানের সর্বশেষ আপডেট হলো -

১। মুরুব্বি ওলামায়ে কেরামের উপস্থিতিতে মুহতারাম আবু ত্ব-হা আদনান তার প্রাক্তন স্ত্রীকে খুলা তালাকের প্রস্তাবনা দিলে তিনি তা গ্রহণ করেন। এমতাবস্থায় তাদের মাঝে বর্তমান কোন বৈবাহিক সম্পর্ক অবশিষ্ট নেই।

২। বিয়ের সম্পূর্ণ মোহরআনা পূর্বেই পরিশোধ করা ছিল। এবিষয়ে কোনোরকম আলোচনা ও দেনা পাওনা বাকী নেই আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।

৩। তিনি (সাবিকুন নাহার) মিরপুর ঢাকাস্থ Taw Haa Zin Nurain Islamic Center এর উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পে গত বছর প্রায় ৫ ভরি এবং অন্যান্য কিছু খাতে (তার ভাষ্যমতে) আরো প্রায় তিন ভরি স্বর্ণ ও নগদ অর্থ প্রতিষ্ঠানকে ফেরতযোগ্য ধার হিসেবে প্রদান করেছিলেন, যা বিগত মাজলিসে তিনি তার প্রাক্তন স্বামী আবু ত্ব হা আদনান সাহেবের কাছে দাবি করেন।

ওলামায়ে মাজলিস এগুলো পরিশোধের সময়সীমা নির্ধারণ করে দিয়েছেন। এবং উভয় পক্ষই বিষয়টি মেনে নিয়েছেন। এই অর্থ তার শারঈ হক্ব তাই প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে তা পরিশোধে সচেষ্ট আছে।

এ বিষয়ে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ৮ ভরি স্বর্ণের বিনিময়ে বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদের যে গুজব রটানো হয়েছে তা সত্য নয়।

উস্তাদ আবু ত্ব-হা আদনান ও তার প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে উক্ত গুজব প্রচারণার কোন প্রকার সম্পর্ক নেই। অনুগ্রহ করে আপনারা কেউ কোন প্রকার গুজবে প্রভাবিত হবেন না এবং কারও প্রতি কোন মিথ্যে অভিযোগ বা অপবাদ আরোপ করবেন না।

৪। বাচ্চাদের বিষয়ে মুরব্বিদের মাজলিসে শরিয়াসম্মতভাবে ফয়সালা প্রদান করা হয়েছে, উভয় পক্ষই মাজলিসের উক্ত ফয়সালা সর্বসম্মতিক্রমে মেনে নিয়েছেন।

বিষয়টি ওয়ালামের মাজলিসের পরামর্শক্রমে পারিবারিকভাবে নিষ্পত্তি হয়েছে। তাই এই বিষয়ে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে নতুন করে আলোচনা-সমালোচনা না করার জন্য আমরা সকলের নিকট বিনীত অনুরোধ করছি।

Honesty, is an essential characteristic of a Muslim, includes being truthful towards Allah by worshipping Him sincerely; being truthful to oneself, by adhering to Allah’s laws; and being truthful with others by speaking the truth and being honest in all dealings. Thus, a person should be the same on the inside as he is on the outside. A true Islamic society is based upon honesty and justice, and is intolerant of dishonesty in all its various forms.

A Muslim seeking to please Allah and follow the path of righteousness should be aware of the dangers of deceit and dishonesty. However, equally he should know that Allah is all Merciful, willing to forgive even the gravest sins for those who strive for His sake. Honesty is very important in the life of a believer. “Honesty descended from the Heavens and settled in the roots of the hearts of men (faithful believers), and then the Quran was revealed and the people read the Quran, (and learnt it from it) and also learnt from the sayings and traditions. Both the Qur’an and the traditions strengthened their honesty.” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari) So, Islam instructs the Muslim to be honest and trains him to be so. The outcome is a healthy self and a healthy social atmosphere that leads to the happiness of both the individual and the community.
